I have used the Yakeda Plate Carrier (YPC) for a month now. I have conducted a rugged test outside in mud, sand, and snow, indoor room/building clearing. I have torture tested the YPC and it has withstood any and all tests I have put it through. The amount of gear that can be held in or attached to the YPC exceeds the normal amount gear one would use the YPC for. Multiple magazines for Rifle and handgun, first aid kit, tourniquet, knives, radio, phone, emergency lighting, location lighting, and the list goes on. My recommendation for the YPC is very high and believe strongly the YPC is one of the best vests available to the public. Not only do I wear this vest, but my entire team now wears this YPC exclusively.

Impressed with quality for the price. Mag pouches are sturdy and Velcro sections are stout, grip very well. Even quick release side panels feel good.

Amazing best for the money not just airsoft best really has all pockets and straps for side and front and back plates.

Real happy it's just like the military vest just would like a quick release tab so u just grab one tab under ur neck an the tab releases the entire vest in 1 second but this sucker is nice thanks again

This is a fantastic weight vest in my opinion. I use it for Airsoft with 5lb weight plates in it and it has held up very well for several very activities days of play. First to be clear because there are some confusing reviews, this is for the YAKEDA quick release vest with no side mag pouches. but it have side plate 5 x6 .
The vest dose have metal buckles on the shoulders. The vest also dose come with a Molle front peace to replace the mag pouches if you want, very nice

Fits level IV 10×12 ceramic plates (safelifedefense) really well. Plate carrier has two velcro suspension straps in both front and back, in addition to the flap that encloses the plates. There's a tab to pull the cover off the plate pouch from the bottom. Feels well made and durable. Materials are good. The padding is good and thick on the shoulders and behind the plates. You can adjust the cummberbund on the front velcro under the magazine's. It's two pieces and the back of the cummberbund is tied together with shock cord. The cummberbund holds six 5.56 mags, two of which can be removed. The other four are permanently attached to the cummberbund - two on each side. The front has three 5.56 mag pouches, not really removable. There is velcro to remove the inside of the AR mag pouches. The outside of the AR mag pouch is sewed on and not removable. There are four pistol mag pouches. Loose fitting for glock 17 mags, but the flap keeps them secure. You can easily remove the pistol mags, but all four are sewed together. You can remove the cummberbund and replace it with another. A lot of positive features for the price.

All in all good im 5'10 140bl it is adjustable and was able to adjust to fit me and could adjust it out more
It does hold front and back plates 10x12 and both sides 6x6 im very happy

Nice, well built. You’ve got to get creative to adjust the cummerbund in the back, but it’s doable. It will NOT fit Large plates. It is a perfect fit for med standard plates 10'x12'. It has the over sized flap with Velcro to hold the plate into the front of the vest but NOT in the back, I’m 5’2 and 149lbs. It fits well, Stitching looks great. Material is sturdy. Over all it is a nice vest for the money.

I've had it for about few days now and have used it for everything from long walks to distance running and even other workouts like pullups and deadlifting. Goes without saying, I've put this vest to the test and so far it has passed with flying colors. It's held up very well, no tears or breaks yet. It's given me hope that it will last long, but being a cheaper vest only time will tell. Also, Goes well with my other military stuff. It wont fit anything bigger though, but yet I kind of like it because it stretches allowing for a very type fit keeping the vest from jumping around while running
